The Mall of the Emirates is the first retail project in the region to go through a major vertical redevelopment whilst remaining fully operational. The expansion provides a further 35,000 square meters of retail, a new 24 screen VOX cinema as well as 12 restaurants and cafes.

Nareel Island Development was planned as a waterfront community in Abu Dhabi, UAE comprising a luxury 5-star hotel resort, 73 luxury residential villas, apartments and leisure amenities. Once complete, the island was planned to accommodate an estimated peak population of 3,000 people. The proposed site is located on two linked islands (North and South islands) with an approximate total area of 530,000 m².

WSP have completed the design for this new 106 key luxury 5 star hotel on the coast of Oman for Saraya Bandar Jissah. The development will have a built up area of approx. 27,000m2 and consists of a new hotel main entrance building, 7 clusters including a presidential cluster, luxury villas and a speciality restaurant. The structural systems for this project will generally be reinforced concrete frames.
