About the programme Our graduate development programme is a three-year programme designed to provide you with professional skills and specialist technical development opportunities. Real on-the-job experience You’ll work on real engineering projects and, with the support of line managers and mentors, you'll be empowered to make a valuable contribution from the get-go. Mentoring and networking You’ll be assigned a technical mentor as part of our commitment to getting you professionally qualified. There’s a dedicated online forum too for you to network and share knowledge with your fellow graduates. Training modules Technical, business and personal skills courses will be available for you to boost your development and enhance your personal and professional skills throughout the graduate programme. Professional qualifications You'll be encouraged to push yourself and gain experience and professional qualifications. We'll support your accreditation through schemes at ICE, IStructE, IET, CIBSE, IMechE, IChemE, TPS, CIWEM or RICS, as well as through other routes.
