    GENIVAR Income Fund increases its presence in Ontario by way of the Timmins acquisition

    MONTREAL, Nov. 15 - The GENIVAR Income Fund (GENIVAR) is pleased to announce the acquisition of B.H. Martin Consultants Ltd. (BHMC), a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural consulting firm based in Timmins, Ontario.

    "We are very happy to welcome BHMC into GENIVAR. The firm is active in building engineering, municipal infrastructure, environment and serves the mining industry," said Pierre Shoiry, President and Chief Executive Officer of GENIVAR. "This acquisition enables us to establish our growth platform in Northern Ontario and to develop our services in all of our market segments.
