    GENIVAR Income Fund Acquires Peterson Galloway, a British Columbia-Based Firm, and Further Strengthens its Building Group

    MONTREAL, June 26 - The GENIVAR Income Fund (GENIVAR) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Peterson Galloway Ltd. (Peterson Galloway), based in Victoria, British Columbia.

    The effective date of the transaction will be June 30, 2008 and is subject to customary conditions.
