    GENIVAR Income Fund acquires an Ontario-based transportation firm

    MONTREAL, Feb. 9 - The GENIVAR Income Fund ("GENIVAR") is pleased to announce the acquisition of ENTRA Consultants Inc. ("ENTRA"), an Ontario-based transportation planning firm with approximately 20 employees.

    "By acquiring ENTRA, a firm specializing in transportation planning, transit planning and traffic engineering, we have complemented our existing range of services and strengthened our team in this sector," said Pierre Shoiry, GENIVAR's President and CEO.     ENTRA Consultants was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Toronto. The firm's clients include transportation agencies, municipalities and provincial governments across the country and prominent private sector developers, primarily located in Ontario.
