"We appreciate GENIVAR's dynamic approach and look forward to a future filled with opportunities to develop our team and our clientele," he added.

"By joining forces with GENIVAR, we will gain access to a broader range of projects while promoting our services within GENIVAR's internal network. We will also be able to meet the growing needs of our clients, who are requiring an ever-wider range of design and engineering services," said Terry Bearden, Principal of Bearden Engineering.
