  • When was WSP’s initial public offering

    The GENIVAR Income Fund was listed on the TSX Stock Exchange on May 25, 2006. In January 2011, following legislative changes imposed by the Canadian federal government, the GENIVAR Income Fund converted to a public corporation known as GENIVAR Inc., still listed on the TSX with the symbol GNV. On January 1, 2014, the Company rebranded as WSP Global Inc. and all GENIVAR shares were exchanged for WSP shares. The Company’s shares continued to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, under the symbol WSP.
