Having done over 3,000 garage projects, representing more than 2.4 million sq. m. (25.0 million sq. ft.) of parking decks, we fully understand the different factors affecting the durability of a parking structure.

Post-Tensioned Concrete Expertise

WSP is an industry leader in the field of post-tensioned concrete structures.

We have repaired post-tensioned concrete structures in buildings all across North America, and we have authored many publications and delivered technical presentations at industry events.

We employ non-destructive, acoustic monitoring technology and implement maintenance programs to manage our clients’ risk and reduce repair costs.

We hold a patent on a state-of-the-art “Tendon Stress Test” unit, an instrument to measure the force and stress in cables. We also developed a more accurate tool for penetration testing.
