Bolton Gateway Draft Plan of Subdivision, Urban Design, and Open Space Guidelines

  • Bolton Gateway Developments Inc. retained WSP to coordinate and secure planning approvals for the development of 180 units comprised of a mix of townhouse and single, detached dwellings, a 0.54-hectare public park, a complete pedestrian pathway system, and the restoration of Robinson Creek.
  • WSP, in collaboration with John G. Williams Limited, was responsible for writing the urban design, open space, and architectural control guidelines.
  • The guidelines will ensure that there is coordination and integration of the built form, public and private realm, open space, and pedestrian connections in the community.
