Pylypow Industrial Park Land Development

WSP was retained by two independent development groups to provide survey, planning and engineering services for the development of approximately 104 hectreas of land located in the high profile Pylypow Industrial Park in southeast Edmonton.


For this primarily greenfield development, WSP worked closely with our clients and the City of Edmonton in the development of the Area Structure Plan (ASP) development, including its development goals and land use scheme. We are working with allied professionals, including transportation planners, environmental agencies and real estate marketing consultants, and are providing ongoing professional advice and services including design and construction consultation as the project unfolds.

Roughly a third of the project area is occupied by end-users, a third is under construction, and the final third is in the planning stages.
