The Real Estate Assessment is an annual survey that has become the most widely accepted standard to measure, evaluate, and benchmark the sustainability performance of real estate portfolios. GRESB defines sustainability in terms of a portfolio’s plans, policies, and performance related to the environment, society, and governance (ESG).
