Renaissance Hotel

WSP team provided infrastructure design, mechanical engineering and BMS for the 5*, luxury hotel Renaissance Warsaw Airport.

The 5*, luxury hotel Renaissance Warsaw Airport will be developed within the Warsaw Chopin airport. The new hotel will be located right opposite the Terminal A and the construction will use existing underground parking P2. The building will have eight storeys above ground and three underground parking storeys. The usable space of the hotel will be 16,000sqm and there will be over 100 parking spaces. 225 rooms will host up to 400 guests. The hotel will also feature five conference rooms with the total area of 650sqm, pool, SPA, fitness centre and a restaurant.

The investor and owner of the building is the company Porty Lotnicze, which is also the airport operator. Franchising and management of the hotel is operated by Port-Hotel Sp. z o.o., which signed an international franchise agreement with the Global Hospitality Licensing to use the Renaissance Hotel brand.
