WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Chicago

Building upon the international buildings expertise of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and the Chicago legacy of Halvorson and Partners, we are thrilled to now offer fully integrated building engineering services – including MEP and specialty services.

The WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff buildings practice – including a new MEP group in Chicago, collocated with Halvorson + Partners and led by Brett Kelley - offers clients complete services in structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering; architectural lighting design; building technology; high performance design by Built Ecology; acoustics; commissioning; and building enclosures.  The group has a history of high performance, sustainable buildings dating back more than 60 years. The integrated team offers the high level of innovation, expertise and responsive service expected from a small, specialist consultancy, but with the depth and breadth to successfully deliver large and complex projects anywhere in the world.

Brett J. Kelley brings 20 years of experience and expertise engineering integrated, sustainable systems across Chicago, the US and the world.    Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Mr. Kelley was regional director of an international engineering firm specialized in sustainable building systems, and the managing principal of the firm’s San Francisco office and its Northern California healthcare group.  From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Kelley was a vice president of a Chicago MEP firm, where he was a project technical leader and manager of clients’ operations, and helped develop firm’s commercial and healthcare business lines.
