WSP USA has a wealth of opportunities across the country. The Employment Opportunities search tool provides you with information about WSP employment opportunities and guides you through our online application process. This tool also allows you to set up a customized job search agent, receive emails of new opportunities that match your profile, and update your resume details and contact information.

Specific opportunities

Once you've selected the vacancy that interests you, click on "apply now". If you haven't already created an account on our recruitment database then you'll be prompted to do so.

Employee Referrals

Some of our most successful new hires come to us as employee referrals. If you are referred by a WSP employee make sure you select “Employee Referral” from the “How did you hear about us?” menu, and include the name of the referring employee in the “Source of Referral” field.

Speculative applications

If there isn't a suitable opportunity available, but you are interested in working for us in the future then please make a speculative application.

Your account

If you already have an account in our recruitment database, then click here to access it.

After we receive your resume/CV:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Your qualifications will be reviewed and matched against the vacant position (s) you applied to. If there is a match, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity further.

  • If there is no match, you will be notified.

  • We encourage you to periodically visit the site and search our job listings.

We welcome your feedback about our online search tool.
