Located in downtown San Francisco, in the developing South of Market area, 555 Mission Street features a commercial high-rise tower with ground floor retail space and an expansive public plaza at street level.

90% of all occupied spaces offer a uniquely inviting corporate environment with stunning views of the City and the Bay. The 33-story tower totals approximately 670,000 gsf and features above grade Class-A office space with typical floors totaling approximately 20,000 sf. The building also provides tenants with two levels of underground parking. 

The building was recently awarded a LEED Gold certification for its abundant sustainable design features which include:

  • Recycled water-distribution system for landscape irrigation

  • Reflective roof
