The luxury development plan includes a single tower that serves as the focal point of the entire district and a beacon for the South Park neighborhood. Totaling 54-stories, the tower houses over 1,000 hotel rooms and 224 serviced condominium residential units located above. The interlocking L-shaped tower features a 123-room, five-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel and an 878-room JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in a first-of-its-kind design. The condominiums are operated by Residences by Ritz-Carlton.

Other space allocations include 200,000 gross square feet for ballrooms and meeting areas, 14,000 gross square feet of public spaces and 80,000 gross square feet of support areas. There are three (3) levels of hotel public space consisting of a grand lobby, lobby bar, and two (2) restaurants, along with pool and spa areas. Also featured are several grand ballrooms, all with incredible city views. One of the ballrooms is the largest in the City, offering seating for up to 3,000. Event space and multiple meeting rooms are also available. Rounding out the project’s program are three (3) levels of below-grade parking. The hotel is LEED Silver certified.
