Block A
This portion of the project totals 10,200,000 gross square feet and centers on an iconic 4,000-room hotel rising 61 stories. At the base of this mega-hotel, guests will indulge themselves in the 190,000 sf casino, a 600,000 sf convention center, an 1,800-seat theatre and ample high-end retail venues including Chanel, Prada, Gucci and Dior.

Block C
This portion of the project totals 7,000,000 gross square feet and consists of three branded hotels, six private residence clubs, the Crystals Retail and Entertainment Center, an above-ground parking garage, an underground parking garage, a glass sculptural roof arcade, a Las Vegas Avenue pedestrian bridge and a variety of landscaped roof terraces.

The Veer Towers, twin 37-story residential towers, designed to slightly lean in opposite directions, contain approximately 664 condominium units. The three branded hotels include: the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, a 37-story hotel with 400 rooms and 227 condominium residences; the Vdara Condo Hotel, a 57-story tower with more than 1,500 units; and the Harmon Hotel Spa and Residences, which feature 400 guest rooms and suites. The Crystals Retail and Entertainment Center includes high-end retail boutiques.

MGM Central Plant
The central plant supports ultimately 18,000,000 square feet of space including residential and hotel condominium occupancies. The central plant is fully automated to match load requirements for efficient part load operations; it engages water side economizer cycles for free cooling during moderate ambient conditions and provides redundancy to enable maintenance without disruption. A unique feature of the plant is how it generates low emissions power and hot water, which minimizes energy use.
