Molasky Corporate Center

Located directly adjacent to downtown Las Vegas, the project is comprised of a 10-story, 260,000 sf Class-A office tower above a six-story, 1,200-car parking garage with retail spaces on the ground floor.

Raised access flooring and underfloor air, power and telecommunication cabling distribution are utilized throughout all areas of the office tower. The MEP systems design includes an extensive building management system, semi-custom rooftop air handling units with water-cooled condensers, and an 800kW emergency generator. 

The advantages of these sustainable features include a 20% increase in employee productivity and satisfaction as well as a significant decrease in occupancy costs through cutting edge design and engineering. Expansive windows offer 40% more daylight than traditional offices. These efforts allowed the project to achieve a LEED® Gold certification, making it Las Vegas' first LEED certified office building.

In addition to providing design services for the base building, WSP USA provided complete tenant fit-outs for the anchor tenant, Southern Nevada Water Authority, as well as Bank of America, Bank of Nevada, 24-Hour Fitness, and Legal Copy Cats.
