Florida Automated Vehicles Summit

14 November, 2017

Our ITS national practice manager Steve Kuciemba joins the Florida Automated Vehicles Summit, which assembles industry leaders from around the world to address technologies, operations, and policy issues.

Steve Kuciemba, our national intelligent transportation systems practice manager, is speaking on a panel at the Florida Automated Vehicle Summit, entitled “State & Local DOTs – Keeping Up with the Rapid Evolution of Connected & Automated Vehicles (C/AV). His presentation will cover the inevitable variability in capability and maturity levels of different state, county and municipal DOTs when it comes to C/AVs, and explore lessons learned from other agencies around the country that have embraced this technology. Steve's session is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 3:30 pm.

Tom Timcho will provide an update on the Smart Columbus project as part of a panel focused on connected vehicle issues.

Our Florida area managers, Bob Clifford, Ron Colas, and Michelle Kendall, will be in attendance. We are pleased to be a gold sponsor of this event.
