Mark Mitchell to Manage Construction Projects at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

Mark Mitchell will manage infrastructure construction projects as a senior supervising construction engineer in the Pittsburgh office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

 

PITTSBURGH, PA — Mark Mitchell will manage infrastructure construction projects as a senior supervising construction engineer in the Pittsburgh office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

Mr. Mitchell has more than 25 years of construction experience. He comes to WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from the Port Authority of Allegheny County, where he served as a senior project engineer and project manager. He was responsible for managing design and construction for capital projects in excess of $75 million, including structures, roadways and facility upgrades, and served as manager for the agency’s construction management services contracts.

Mr. Mitchell will also be involved in business development of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s growing construction management practice including clients such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Allegheny County, City of Pittsburgh among others.

Mr. Mitchell received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Point Park College.
