SAYEGH TO LEAD SYSTEMS PROJECTS AT WSP | PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF IN BALTIMORE

Nader S. Sayegh has been named a senior supervising communications and security engineer in the Baltimore office WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

 

BALTIMORE, MD - Nader S. Sayegh has been named a senior supervising communications and security engineer in the Baltimore office WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

In his new position, Mr. Sayegh is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for systems projects in Maryland, primarily for major transportation projects undertaken on behalf of clients such as the Maryland Transit Administration, Maryland Transportation Authority, Maryland State Highway Administration, and Delaware Department of Transportation. He will also contribute to aviation and ports projects across the country.

Mr. Sayegh has over 29 years of experience managing major projects nationally and internationally across the defense, energy, aviation and maritime sectors. He has managed security system design and deployments at aviation facilities such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Abu Dhabi International Airport, and Hamad International Airport in Doha, as well as nine seaports for the 2004 Athens Olympics. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was director of security programs at a California-based firm, working on a nuclear power security program. He has also held senior management positions with several national and international consulting and engineering firms. 

Mr. Sayegh received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security, from which he holds a physical security professional designation. He also serves on the security committee of the American Association of Port Authorities and the access control standards committee of the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics.
