Laura Toole to Lead Public Involvement in Connecticut Office

Laura Toole has been named a senior manager for public involvement in the Connecticut Area Office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

 

GLASTONBURY, CT — Laura Toole has been named a senior manager for public involvement in the Connecticut Area Office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

In her new position, Ms. Toole will be responsible for planning and managing all communication and public involvement services for a diverse range of projects.

“Laura’s depth of experience in transportation planning and public involvement will certainly be an asset to the Connecticut operation,” said Anthony Moretti, Connecticut area manager. “Her professionalism, passion and commitment to quality will help us better serve our diversified client base.”

Ms. Toole has over 30 years of experience in both private and public planning and management related to the development of transportation infrastructure. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, she was General Manager for a national engineering consulting firm, responsible for its largest operating division, including planning, public involvement and traffic services, among others.

Ms. Toole earned a bachelor of arts degree from Vassar College. Among her professional affiliations, she serves as a member of the advisory board of the Greater New York Chapter of the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) and co-chair of the WTS Annual Conference 2017.
