Loure Pascual to Manage Project Controls in Our Industrial and Energy Group

Loure Pascual has been appointed director of project controls at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

 

Loure Pascual has been appointed director of project controls at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

In her new position, Ms. Pascual is responsible for project scheduling, cost control, and earned value management in the firm’s U.S. Industrial and Energy sector. Multidisciplinary professionals in this sector provide industry-leading expertise in power generation and delivery, including the use of renewable energy sources, as well as underground caverns for storage of hydrocarbons and storage and disposal wells.

Ms. Pascual has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and has managed major projects involving upstream and downstream oil and gas facilities. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.  Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, she served as an executive consultant with a professional services firm in Houston, responsible for advising clients on forensic delay analysis and project controls management.

Ms. Pascual received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas. She is a member of the Project Management Institute.
