Stephen Morton Named Senior Engineering Manager in WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff's San Francisco Office

Stephen Morton has been named a senior engineering manager and vice president at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

 

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Stephen Morton has been named a senior engineering manager and vice president at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization. 

In his new position, Mr. Morton will assist in the development and growth of the firm’s transportation practice in the Bay Area and throughout California. He will be based in San Francisco.

Mr. Morton has over 30 years of experience managing large-scale, complex transportation projects involving multiple stakeholders and agencies, including projects with traffic, structural, civil, geotechnical, hydraulic, environmental and public outreach components. His expertise includes civic and political engagement, business development, project delivery, staffing, and operations management.

Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Mr. Morton served as senior business manager and project manager for a major transportation consulting firm, where he led regional operations in five offices in Northern California with a focus on the Bay Area.

Mr. Morton earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. Among his professional affiliations, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association, and American Council of Engineering Companies.
