Benchmark Projects


The Hunter Expressway project was identified by the Australian Government as a project of national significance. The $1.7 billion project involved the construction of a new 25-mile (40-kilometer) dual carriageway connecting the F3 Freeway to the New England Highway west of Branxton. It was the biggest single road investment in NSW history.

Not only the biggest convention centre in the southern hemisphere, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) has been awarded a world first 6 Star Green Star Pilot rating, signifying its world leading environmentally sustainable design (ESD).

Originally built in 1965, the ageing Bird in Hand Wastewater Treatment Plant needed an upgrade that would provide a long-term, sustainable, wastewater management solution for the surrounding community.
