QIC is committed to continuous improvement in their reporting and disclosure of sustainability performance.

Our Approach

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff has been working with QIC since 2013 at both a corporate and asset level.

At the asset level, we have been working with operations' managers to undertake NABERS assessments and identify energy and water reduction opportunities.

At corporate level, we have assisted QIC to continuously improving its reporting and scoring, particularly through the GRESB Real Estate benchmark. Our team has undertaken the data assurance of QIC's sustainability data and has supported reporting responses across a range of areas.


By developing site plans for both operational and capital opportunities, we have enabled site management to prioritise opportunities and allocate tasks to their team and to contractors during current and future budget cycles.

QIC is seeing incremental improvement of their sustainability disclosure data. Additionally, it has individual asset plans that are being rolled out in the short and medium term to support improved sustainability performance across its individual assets.
