2013 PIF National Hard Hat Campaign

WSP is a proud gold donor of the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) sharing their vision of supporting community programs aimed at ‘at risk’ youth, facilitating youth employment, tackling the problems of social alienation, and encouraging self-responsibility.

Did you know across Australia over 44,000 kids will be homeless tonight

When Governments and businesses are finding things difficult, you can be sure that homeless children are finding things even harder!

Fundraising by WSP offices contributes to PIF building projects, distributing donations and providing in-kind building services to approximately 20 children’s charities including Open Family Australia, PCYC, Exodus Foundation, Salvation Army, Ted Noffs, Sir David Martin Foundation.

From today until the end of June, our WSP offices will be holding fundraising activities as part of PIF national Hard Hat campaign.

Winter Woolies Wrap Volunteers in Melbourne Office

PIF not only offers the opportunity to raise funds for a worthy cause, but gives the WSP team a chance to participate in events throughout the year that make a difference – Winter Woollies Wrap Night (wrap hundreds of warm woollens for kids living on our streets this winter), PIF  Days (special all day event, bringing hope and some cheer to disadvantaged children), Charity Events, PropertyBlitz Workabees (volunteering time and expertise to help deliver fund raising events and special projects for the benefit of homeless kids) and Networking Forums to name a few.

However you decide to donate and whatever you contribute, the kids will appreciate your fundraising effort.   Give something back to your community as an individual, and as part of our industry.

Make a tax deductible donation through our Everyday Hero fundraising page here

The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) was established in Sydney in 1996, when industry leaders joined forces to help grass-roots charities that provide services to homeless and at risk youth.  The Foundation has grown to become the property and construction industry’s charity, raising over $1.5M a year.
