Dr David Och appointed as Adjunct Senior Lecturer

The University of New South Wales recognises Dr David Och's contribution to the transport industry

 

The University of New South Wales has appointed WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Principal Engineering Geologist, Dr David Och, as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer.

The appointment recognises Dr Och’s achievement and leadership over the life of his career.  Dr Och acknowledges the significance of this appointment.

‘I am honoured by the recognition and look forward to sharing my experience with future professionals.’

He continues, ‘This is a great opportunity to give back to the industry that has supported and challenged me over the last two decades.’

Dr Och has spent the last 19 years working world-wide, and has delivered some of New South Wales most significant infrastructure projects. He is currently the Geotechnical Lead for Transport for NSW’s Sydney Metro - City and South West project – investigating the crossing below Sydney Harbour.

Dr Och will be contributing to the University’s School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences over a three year tenure.
