Group Chairman John O'Neil from Echo Entertainment Group, one of the three main components of the Consortium, promises this redevelopment is set to become the best integrated resort in Australia. It has been described as "arguably the most significant redevelopment project in the history of Brisbane CBD".

 
     

WHOLE-OF-PRECINCT VISION

Using the whole precinct, providing connectivity to the rest of the city, ensures that this precinct becomes the new hub of the Brisbane CBD.

Among many exciting components of the "quintessentially Brisbane" public realm landmark, the transformation of the heritage Treasury casino buildings, into a premium six-star Ritz Carlton hotel and shopping experience, along with the new pedestrian bridge that provides a vital link and connects the whole precinct, activating the Queen Street Mall, CBD and Southbank, ensuring Queen's Wharf will become the new heart of the CBD.


KEY DESIGN COMPONENTS INCLUDE:

  • The iconic signature “Arc” building
  • A spectacular feature Sky Deck, with restaurants and bars fully accessible to the public
  • Five new premium hotel brands, three 6-star venues, including Ritz-Carlton and Rosewood
