Set for ongoing growth in the Hunter region

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff will host a client event for the Hunter Region on Thursday 29 October to celebrate the coming together of our businesses.

Glenn Thornton, Regional Director for the Hunter region, believes the combining of WSP and Parsons Brinckerhoff in late 2014 has contributed to the strength of our local infrastructure offering.

‘Our combined business has a significant presence across mining, transportation, property and environmental infrastructure projects.

‘Our enhanced capability allows us to offer an end-to-end service to our clients; in the mining sector for example, our Canadian-based processing capability has been positively received by our clients.

‘Local projects include our recent involvement in the Hunter Expressway four-lane highway, our property team’s work with the University of Newcastle and on the new Newcastle Courthouse Precinct and our environmental team’s involvement on the Anzac Memorial Walkway.

‘Our client event will celebrate the advances we’ve made in the past year and our strengthened capabilities,’ concluded Mr Thornton.
