WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed Phil Nicholls to the role of NSW and ACT Client Director, Transport.


Mr Nicholls has transferred to the Sydney office, having held an equivalent role in firms in Western Australia for the last two years.

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Director for Transport ANZ, Charlie Jewkes commented this appointment is a strong addition to the NSW/ACT business.

‘Phil has been instrumental in leading the successful growth of our Transport business in Western Australia. His wide breadth of experience and commitment to client delivery will prove invaluable in continuing to develop our client relationships in NSW and ACT. He has established relationships with key clients in the region and has already been appointed to the leadership board for the design joint venture for Northern Road design and construction project being delivered for Roads and Maritime’, said Mr Jewkes.

Mr Nicholls is a transport engineer and planner with a proven record in client services management and project delivery.

Having spent 17 years in Government roles in the UK, prior to moving into consultancy he has experience across a diverse range of projects and services in highways, municipal engineering, development services, transport planning and delivering consultancy services both in Australia and UK.
