The Polish Ventilation Association recognizes the best heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services designs that stand out due to innovative engineering approaches and professional soundness. WSP’s project team, led by Designer and Project Leader Dariusz Denkiewicz, delivered a unique solution, where heating, cooling and power services are based on a trigeneration gas system. This system had never been used on such scale for a housing project in Poland.

The Kruczkowskiego 2 office building and NA POWIŚLU apartments are a mixed-use development, located in Warsaw’s green Powiśle District. The high-standard apartment complex comprises five six-storey buildings with 139 apartments ranging from 40 m² to 139 m². The office building features modern Class A offices, conference space and sustainable solutions. The trigeneration system is located in the basement of the office facility. WSP designed the full scope of the mechanical and electrical services for this mixed-use development.
